Paper Format
Please prepare PDF file in US Letter size according to the IEEE's conference
template.

The standard is 6 pages; any pages exceeding this will be charged per page for final submission.
For accepted "Full Paper", payment of the registration fee is required prior to the final manuscript submission.

Submission Method
Manuscript submissions are available through EDAS https://edas.info/N35141 .
Submitted "Full Paper" manuscripts are reviewed by three anonymous reviewers in single blind manner.
Accepted "Full Paper" will be publised in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library
with copyright transfer process to IEEE
and plagiarism detection process prior to being uploaded to IEEE Xplore Digital Library
to ensure originality of the content.
To be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library for "Full Paper", the paper must be presented at the conference.
In the case of so-called "no-show," the paper will be excluded from IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
You can submit "Position Paper" that will NOT be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Review process for "Position Papers"
is less rigorous than that of "Full Paper".
The length of "Position Paper" may range from 2 to 6 pages. Per-page fee applies for exceeding pages.
Organized Sessions
- OS1: State Estimation for Dynamical Systems and Learning from Data, and Their Applications
- OS2: AI for Sensing, Perception, and Intelligent Systems
- OS3: Intelligent systems for Advanced Engineering Applications
- OS4: Data Science for Intelligent Decision-Making in Complex Systems
- OS-R: Only research papers entry to Japan is expected to be difficult, making on-site participation challenging.
Online presentations will be permitted.
