Paper Format
Please prepare PDF file in US Letter size according to the IEEE's conference
template.

The standard is 6 pages; any pages exceeding this will be charged per page for final submission.
Submission Method
Manuscript submissions are available through EDAS https://edas.info/N35141 .
Submitted "Full Paper" manuscripts are reviewed by three anonymous reviewers in single blind manner.
Accepted "Full Paper" will be publised in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library
with copyright transfer process to IEEE
and plagiarism detection process prior to being uploaded to Xplore
to ensure originality of the content.
We also plan to have "Position Papers" that will be distributed in booklet form,
rather than being published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Review process for "Position Papers" is less rigorous than that of "Full Paper".
